根据车间空间在不影响装缸、出缸、放置纱笼及有利于今后保养工作的前题下，合理放置机器位置。
打开缸盖，在缸口处十字交叉用水平尺检验水平，最后紧固底脚螺栓、检查机器紧固螺栓，带有连轴器的应检查电机轴与泵轴是否同心。
根据使用单位厂房具体情况合理放置电气设备及压缩空气控制线路，但应操作方便，不影响操作工的正常工作。 (注意：电线及压缩空气线路切勿靠近热源)
检查各气动阀和电器位置与控制按钮是否对应，并使泵的转向正确。
Reasonably arrange location of the machine accordingto space of
the workshop, not affection vessel loading and unloading and sarong laying, and
convenient formaintenance in the future.
Open the vessel cover, check level with leveller atcross direction of the vessel
mouth before fixing the foundation bolls at last.
Check fastening bolts of the machine, check and make sure the motor shaft and
pump shaft are concentric it'the machine iS with coupling.
Reasonably lay electric equipment and various control circuit for easy operation
without affecting normal operation especially cable and control piping of thc
compressed air never close the heating source.
Check if pneumatic valves and position of electric units and control cylinders
and in properly response to each other and pump rotation iS correct.
