DF241系列染色机主要适合染纯棉、毛、涤棉、涤纶、脯纶、尼龙、羊毛、麻棉、拉链及各种混记纱线
配用各种类型纱架，可染不同形式纱线如：筒子纱、绞线、经轴纱及散毛等
DF241染色机有以下几种功能：
空气加压式：这种方式可根据纱线品种及染色工艺调节浴比，也可根据订单情况调节染缸容量．选择适当浴比．大大节省能源、水、蒸汽全充满式：该机具有化料系统(搅拌器和化'斗桶)加压加，斗系统(辅泵)染液内外循环系统(冷却器)
这样能使染色过程在常温高压和高温高压中对织物完成工艺要求，适用性广，染色光度好
染机自动化：该机可进行不同程度的自动化，以满足各种需要，其范围可以从根据操作员的提示进行升降温的简单控制到除了入纱、出纱及取样染缸、加料桶和配，斗系统操作以外的全自动化控制安全方便：该机采用自封式锅口密封，气动式锅口锁紧联动安全装置．且气动式锅盖启闭装置．使用方便．安全可靠
DF241 scrim dyeing machine is mainly suitable for dyeingporc cotton, hair,

and various blendedyams. It can dye yarn in different form when used with
various creels, such as bobbin yam. reeled yarn,warp bcamyarn and loose wool

Full fulling type
